General Terms for Returns and Exchanges:
- Customers are eligible to request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in the same condition as received, with its original packaging.
- Opened products cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
- Online orders cannot be exchanged or returned in physical stores.
Return Process:

- We will send you a return shipping label, and you will need to deliver the product to the shipping company.
- A refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days, once the product’s condition has been verified.
Cancellation and Modification:
- Customers can cancel or modify their order if it is still in the "New" status.
- If the order is in the "Ready" or "Out for Delivery" status, and the customer cancels or modifies it, the customer will bear the shipping costs and must wait until the shipment arrives back to us before the cancellation and refund process is completed within 14 business days.
- Rosari reserves the right to change the shipping company upon customer request.
- In case of a technical issue on the website or with a discount code, Rosari reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount back to the customer's account.
